    Upon acceptance of your submission for publication in The Lobster, we acquire first serial rights, meaning we have the exclusive right to publish your work for the first time in our magazine. After publication, rights revert back to the author, allowing you to republish or distribute your work elsewhere.
  • Who can publish in The Lobster?
    Everyone is welcome to contribute to The Lobster! Whether you're an established artist, a budding writer, an academic researcher, or simply someone with something to say, we encourage individuals from all walks of life to submit their work.
  • What types of submissions does The Lobster accept?

    At this time, we are unable to offer monetary compensation for published submissions. However, we believe in supporting and promoting emerging talent, and we provide exposure for contributors through our magazine and online platforms.
